I highly recommend Riverview Post Acute Care in Burlington, Ohio. Our Mom was treated with true care and compassion. We never had one bad experience in the 4 months she was there. They kept her and her room clean and we felt she was safe there. Her health was constantly monitored and immediately taken care of. All staff were amazing no matter their position however one thing that stood out was that they wasn’t just caring with residents they were helpful to each other. If one of them was doing a task it was very common to hear, I can help with that. I witnessed calm and kindness in taxing situations with other patients. At the end they kissed her head and told her they loved her. Every nurse and CNA she had was awesome! We can never thank you enough for the security we felt having her there. Sincerely, family of E DeHart

My mom was in this hell hole for a broken leg and arm from a fall. Her food never came hot, no milk for coffee, and took forever to assist her when using the restroom. I would never recommend this place to anyone after the experience my family had with my mother. And I just wanted to thank the people that were so nice to my mom. I really appreciate it and so does my family..

I have been in healthcare for many years and experienced a personal crisis when my dad had to go into a nursing facility for rehab. We chose Riverview Post Acute for his rehab needs and the staff did not disappoint. Staff is so important for a well balanced facility. With that being said, we were able to see my dad participate in the activities that would help with some of his rehab care. They have a wonderful Activities Director, Ashley, that creates fun filled games etc. everyday. She puts her heart and soul into those activities and it shows through the smiles of the residents. I would recommend Riverside Post Acute to anyone. It is a wonderful facility filled with caring staff!
