I recently visited Riverstone Memory Center and had a wonderful experience. The community is UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT, and I was very impressed with the positive changes. Fabiola gave me a tour and was knowledgeable, welcoming, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The community was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere.

My mom has been there less than a year and my sister and myself highly recommend. They underwent new management in 2025 and cannot be happier with the care my mom receives. If you have questions we recommend contacting Fabiola - Asst Executive Director. She is fabulous. If you send a loved one to live there you won’t regret it

Absolutely Love this place . We have a loved one here . This new management is phenomenal. The community is so beautiful and Fabiola Gaspar is the absolute best !! She answers all our questions whenever the occasion arises . The food is amazing as well!! So happy we found this place!!

As someone who works closely with families in the senior care community, I always appreciate when I come across a community that truly cares about its residents—and Riverstone Memory Care in Missouri City is one of those places. Fabiola, the Assistant Executive Director, and Jackie, the Executive Director, are both incredibly welcoming and dedicated to providing a warm, supportive environment for residents and their families. Their leadership clearly shows in the way the team interacts with everyone who walks through the doors. The facility itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for memory care. You can tell that great attention has been given to creating a comfortable and safe space for residents. If you are looking for memory care for a loved one, I highly recommend scheduling a tour of Riverstone Memory Care. Dear Community, Today I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Brett Barker, Administrator and Melissa, Assistant at Riverstone Memory Center. I had not visited this community since it was Autumn Leaves of Riverstone, I remember the team being caring and compassionate with the residents and staff. This team reminds me of them, they are friendly, they listen and most of all they care. As a hospice liaison, I take pride in recommending and/or providing resources(such as these type of communities) to my friends, families and colleagues. I will definitely recommend this community once they open their doors. To the team, great job and keep up the excellent customer service!
