Words cant describe how extremely happy I am with the services and compassionate care my mother who has dementia is receiving . It’s immaculate, always has a pleasant smell of home cooked meals when you walk in. I visit several times a week at all different times of day, everyone is pleasant, the residents are well taken care . Staff is friendly and greets with a smile . At any time if I have questions or concerns there is no hesitation . I know it’s extremely hard taking care of a dementia person and senior residents ..the routines , activities and the care the staff and supervisor have placed goes above and beyond . My mother is thriving. I want to thank the staff for the genuine loving care .

WORST CARE HOME FOR ELDERLY EVER. DO YOU NOTICE THE ONLY REVIEWS THEY SHOW ON THEIR SITE ARE THE 5 STARS. That says something in its self. My father had dementia. I took care of him 3yrs in my home and he was great. I was moving and started employment. He was ok with me. No bedsores at all with me. He ate very well. When I placed him in Dunlevy pa personal care home I was paying them cash. Once I change payment to check this made the manager angry and then they treated my father badly. I went there one evening. I had a witness with me. The woman there that night at 8 o'clock wouldn't let me in. I pushed her aside. My father was NOT eating or drinking. He had a bed sore an inch long on the bottom of his spine. I called an ambulance and had him taken to local hospital. The nurse stated the bedsore was extremely bad. The bedsore was to the bone. The next day the Dr in hospital said he would need a feeding tube and a colonoscopy bag. This is how bad he was. So why didn't THEY CALL AN AMBULANCE? The manager was mean to me and wouldn't let me visit unless I called a week in advance. The cook and the manager were so mean to the point I was scared to visit my own father.

My grandmother is thriving at this facility! The staff is amazing, facility is always clean, everyone is very friendly, and my mother is receiving the best of care she is very impressive

Dunlevy Manor has been a true blessing for our family. The staff is kind, attentive, and genuinely cares for each resident like family. The facility is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with a strong sense of community. Our loved one receives excellent, personalized care and is always engaged in meaningful activities. Communication with families is great, and we always feel informed and reassured. We’re so grateful for the peace of mind Dunlevy Manor provides. A pleasant surprise when you walk in the door. Clean, pleasant and “homey” are the first words that come to mind when I think of my visits to Dunlevy Manor. Staff and residents are like one happy family. No corporate nonsense, just a nice privately owned and locally ran home for seniors. Staff have true compassion and work well together. Their homemade meals are a definite perk and a rare find in this setting.
