I was there as a patient, due to having a bad reaction to Chemo, I spent a month on life support and I had to get rehab cuz when I went there I could not use my hands or walk.. I had to learn to feed myself and walk, bathe brush my teeth all over and I spent 9 months at Heavencrest and thanks to all the good CNA’s Rehab and Nursing staff I had very good care. They went above and beyond to make my days good. Brandon helped me so much with walking. Was so sad one day when Brandon was my aide and he came into my room and he talked to me after I told him my problems why I was upset and he took time to help me out of that sadness.. Phil helped me use my hands to feed myself. and made sure I swallowed my fluids without choking. Rehab was terrific there there’s no saying no to them they make you help yourself. Get you moving.. than there Melessa, Tammie, Tina, they are wonderful CNA’s the Best! There were a few others but these ones are the ones I remember cuz they helped me so much, they had other patients but when they could they would come in an see if I needed anything. Melessa she made sure she rotated me side to side every 2 hours cuz I had open wound on my buttocks no mater how busy she was. They were very exceptional made my stay very nice.. than there’s Jean she was in housekeeping when I was there she is a very hard worker and takes her job serious. My room was so clean everything shined when she left my room. She wiped everything off, the floor looked nice when she mopped.. she would pressed hard on mop and mop the heck out of the floor. She is also a beautiful person always looking out for us patients.. I would recommend anyone looking for Rehab or Healthcare To Give Heavencrest a chance you won’t go wrong!! And the food there is good.. the Chicken Alfredo and Breakfast Sandwiches was my favorites but the CNA’s. Food. Care. Rehab. Is Awesome!! Main thing when I left there I was walking and Feeding myself.. I still think of them daily and hope they understand how much I appreciate everything they did for me.. and I hope they know how much us sick patients depend on them, The Staff There Are Angels.. Love You All!! Even the New CNA’s I haven’t met.. Bless You All! Love, Ann Fratini Tyler!
