We love our hospice nurse Christy. She is sweet and cares very much about her patients. The whole team has been extremely supportive and responsive to our needs. We couldn’t ask for a better group of people.

Riverside provided home health services to my sister after she broke her hip. Cheryl provided PT and was amazing! She was kind, but firm, requiring her to do the work and put in the time. She had to show progress and she got stronger over the months they worked with her. The staff that came to our home were all professional and empathetic to our situation, made appropriate recommendations and gave us realistic expectations.

This team provides the most compassionate, loving, excellent care than any other in Southern Oregon. Whether it's Grants Pass or Medford doesn't matter. For PT, OT, Nursing, Speech, or Hospice I highly recommend that you contact Riverside HH. They are all wonderful people who care deeply, a huge shout out to John and Andrew for the care they have given to those we love. Thank you!!

I work in a memory care facility and Riverside has been amazing for our communities! They are fast with admissions/orders and always communicate with families and staff frequently. There is a nurse that goes by the nickname "Nikki" who is hands down the best hospice nurse I have ever been lucky enough to meet, and I have had residents with all hospice companies in my time working at my community. She genuinely cares for her patients and is always positive and transparent in the care she provides. I cannot recommend her highly enough, she is truly amazing!

Riverside Health had me on a LOT OF PEOPLE coming to my apartment & it was horrible - & the last one was yucky! I know that I DIDN'T want to see them again - but they sent me only 1 woman & she was sweet as could be!! I couldn't believe what a difference she made!! Don't let ALL the physical therapists do nothing right!! I am living proof that Rachel the BEST Physical Therapist I ever had!! Thank you!! 🙏
