I inital contact started at the reception desk for I had NEVER been in the facility. She helped me get routed to the correct area. Charity was the nurse on duty for my cousin and she was outstanding - very personable with the patient, repeated his medicine instructions and let him know she was on her last shift and asked him “is there anything else I can do for you before I leave.” It shows she care about the guest in the facility. BTW, I have been in other facilities and there was NO smell when I walked in, which is a plus.

My mother in law was only in this place for a few hours a few weeks ago. Just in those few hours she told the staff that she needed to use the restroom and obviously they needed to help her. Their response was i don't know if we can help you. Well... they didn't and she messed herself in the bed and laid there no one cleaned her up until we had arrive and my wife did it. On the way to find her room walking through the hallway everything just smelled like hot pee. It was nasty. I don't recommend this place to anyone . We took my mother in law home after signing the papers. When my wife had called to verify that she was there earlier in the day they told her that they didn't have anyone there by that name.

I think the facility is doing great. I feel that all of my concerns are heard and addressed. We still have challenges but they are being taken care of. I look forward to what is great to come.
