The front door smells of putrid urine. So much so that it took my breath away and I am not exaggerating. I pick up a mask to help me. The receptionist and other staff were not effected by it, mist be use to the smell because after you sit with it for a while you get used to it I suppose. Riverside where my mom is has a slight nursing home smell but nothing compared to Piney Forest. Hire me ill contract with your organization and you will never have that stench ever again. Call me. Happily for me my sis was in rehab and her area was bearable. But, I kept my mask on because by now im thinking I’ll catch something. Unfortunately, you shouldn’t have asked me if you didn’t want me to answer because I left a review when I checked out. I suppose you didn’t catch it.

The staff is so nice. Only problem I have is the floor in my husband’s room is very dirty has not been mopped since he has been there. The bathroom has not been cleaned either. Please help with cleaning his room.

Piney Forest Health and Rehabilitation Center. The staff truly go above and beyond to care for their residents and treat everyone with kindness and respect. From the nurses and CNAs to the therapy team, you can tell that they genuinely care about helping people recover and feel comfortable. The facility is clean, organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The rehabilitation services are great, and the therapists work hard to help residents regain their strength and independence. It’s comforting to know that loved ones are in a place where they are treated with compassion and dignity. Thank you to the entire team for the hard work and dedication you put into caring for your residents every day!

My family member was there for 3 months after a horrible accident. The North wing nursing staff, in particular Nickie, who went above and beyond to make sure his care was top notch, DeLois, (Brittany/Brittany) and CNAs Toya and Ashley were absolutely amazing. Jenn did a great job with wound care. Mandy the NFP- was the absolute best care provider. She listened and truly cared about my son getting better and ensured he was set up for success as we transitioned home. They all took excellent care of my son and I can't thank them enough. The facility is dated and clean, but the I know the North wing was very clean including his room was very clean thanks to Ms. Rita. OT/PT staff did an amazing job in working with him to get him stronger. We only had one real major issue and that was getting the facility social worker to step up and assist with getting medical equipment necessary for the transition to home, including home health. That was very disappointing and I had to do most of it myself. I will say the new administrator Brad, is trying to make improvements in all areas, because he understands that, that place is home for some people. The North Wing team is the absolute best around. Thank you all for what you did for my son and me while he was there.
