I was released from Piney Forest 11/26/2025, and Lisa first called me on 12/1/2025. She told me she would find a Physical Therapy place in town that accepted me insurance and get me an appointment with a Physical Therapy place in Danville, and she said she would call me back to let me know when it was. I never received a call back and it is now 1/10/2026. Poor customer service. If you tell a patient you are going to do something especially since they need on going care, DO WHAT YOU SAY YOU ARE GOING TO DO! I do not recommend this company for your loved ones as they leave patients hanging high and dry.
