Well a few higher up staff are very two face and the administrator, there doesn’t I know how to talk to her department heads. She’d rather text him instead of calling and talking as a supervisor she’s supposed to be. I’m sorry I would never put my mom at that nursing home if I had if that was the last nursing home on this earth, I see how they do the residence and then they got when State comes in. They all run out of their office which if they wasn’t doing anything wrong with that nursing home they wouldn’t have to run out of their office as soon as they see State coming in there. I feel sorry for the resident there at that facility. I have much love for all the residents there but as far as some of the department hits, they are very horrible poor department heads.

If I could give this place 0 stars I WOULD! They do not properly take care of people’s loved ones and cover up with lies when something bad happens. It really sucks having to be in the hospital PRAYING your loved one is okay. The stories they give don’t add up. I hope this place gets shut down. Lazy. Awful people who hire individuals who don’t care about anyone but a paycheck.

They wouldn't let me do half a star but let me tell ya, they will do you dirty just like they do them poor residents. I will truly miss the residents. I hope they find people that actually cares. Take your families elsewhere. They deserve better! If you would like to know more about what happens in there please contact me and I will let you know. How they like to get in your face and scare you bringing out your PTSD and they will tell you they do not care.

My father spent three years at Riverdell with end stage Alzheimer’s and cardiovascular disease. The staff cared for him with compassion, kindness, tolerance and patience. The facility was always clean. There were safety measures implemented when appropriate. At times due to his disease it could be difficult to administer his care yet Riverdell adjusted their approach and were able to provide his physical, emotional, spiritual and mental care. They had family and resident outings, karaoke, cards, bingo and church. My dad loved the caregivers and I think they loved him. I couldn’t have found a better place for our dad.

Our Dad was there for a little over 3 years. The staff were Rock Stars in how they cared for him. You can tell that they do it from the heart. It is amazing to see them and how they care for your loved one. I not only would recommend Riverdell but would use them again if I had to do it over.
