I was a caregiver with Visiting Angels for almost a year and I was so sad to leave. Everyone at Visiting Angels truly cares about each client and goes above and beyond to make sure that they receive the care they need. I got to see behind the scenes just how hard this company works for the individuals they provide care to. As an employer, they care for their employees just as much. I was lucky to experience a workplace that was so welcoming. They will work with you to find a schedule that works for you and your life, whether that means full time or just a couple hours a week. If you are a prospective employee or client, I can’t recommend Visiting Angels enough. Thank you for everything you do!

Starting out everything was okay. My first week was during Christmas, so I only worked Christmas Eve. The next week I worked I was scheduled PAST my availability 3 times. When I brought this to managers attention, she said she'd make a note. I made a light hearted but serious remark that Im glad because I was tired of repeating myself. I then got a speech about communication. Ironically.<br><br>The next week I unfortunately contracted strep, and my 4yo was very sick with the flu. They were cold with me and said I wasn't following guidelines. I understand that my sickness was horrible timing. I do. How was I supposed to work side by side with my clients battling strep throat? When I contacted Blaine he told me I lied to him about being reliable.... I'm literally SICK?!?! I raised my voice and said he was a liar too because he said things were better with the new set up. Ngl. I hung up I was so upset.<br><br>Wanna know something crazy? I got strep AGAIN. Or I guess, it never went away. I'm now on stronger antibiotics, and just getting my voice back. It's Wed 1/14/26. I'm fired. I have doctors notes I can get, but they don't care!<br><br>Take that as you will. Make sure if you wanna work here you're never sick. Or at least don't get sick in the first 30 days. Best to start out of flu/cold season.

Visiting angel's I haven't started working with them so I can't say much but i will say that this place is really nicely put together, organized, and very welcoming my visit with the angel's on 10/30 went very amazing I can tell this company is very compassionate and have a lot of care for their individuals and also staff. They speak with kindness, respect, and I can tell they are also understanding and full of love during my visit I asked " Is this a Christian based company"? Lol only because It felt different and from other caregiver companies that I have been to the vibe, positive energy, and friendliness i had to ask it was giving they actually enjoy their job and not only doing it for money anyways I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
