I can't thank Sierra Jay, Business Office Manager, in the business office enough at RiverChase.Trying to manage the financial paperwork with our uncle’s move into the facility was overwhelming, but Miss Sierra guided us through the process with his paperwork with patience and clarity. Even more, her and the staff follows up with the family with vital updates. She even assisted us with reassuring our uncle that RiverChase would be in his best interest to get him the services he needs as well as health services with ease. It was such a relief to have someone so knowledgeable helping us and we look forward to her continued help as well as the staff on site with our loved in the future.

My daughter was a patient at this facility. She received excellent care. The discharge coordinator (Mary) did an excellent job following up with her after her discharge.

Riverchase took really good care of my mom during her stay for Rehab. Staff even checked up on my mom after she was released. I truly appreciate everything Riverchase.

Mary Miller is the best it gets she is the most awesome, empathetic, professional individual. Colletta was the best nurse of them all and trustworthy. Jaime the social worker was very informative and proactive just awesome. And Cedric the physical therapist is irreplaceable. He was so kind, empathetic and passionate about my grandmother's recovery. Overall I know without this team of compassionate individuals me and my family including my grandmother wouldn't have gotten the successful results we expected and needed. Very much grateful to you all!!
