I was so impressed by the genuine love and care the staff shows each resident. I had the pleasure of meeting Brittany, the Executive Director, and touring the community with her. The way the residents clearly adore her made it obvious that the ones you love are truly cared for here.

I absolutely love woodmount !!! The food is great , they make their cookies and bread there homemade . If my family member doesn't like what is on menu , they just make him another full meal that he does like . The building is clean , updated and does not smell like pee as so many of the other places do . From the lowest to the highest , the staff is wonderful . Always cheerful and mega helpful. They don't have or need nurses call buttons , as they are constantly checking on them and doing for them . The care and attention given is excellent. The atmosphere is peaceful, warm friendly and happy ...just like home .and the price is very reasonable.

Woodmont is an extra caring facility.Not just with routine care but even unexpected things. I feel my husband is safe and well cared for. I visit often and residence are involved in many activities. Many other family members visit and we all feel welcome. And the meals are healthy and delicious!

Even though my father only lived at Pacifica for a very short time, I feel that his experience there was wonderful and his well being was certainly cared for. I know that he appreciated everyone there, from the dining staff, nursing staff and the fellow residents! Dad LOVED that good ole southern cooking! His room was always kept very clean and the staff made sure that Dad was escorted down to the dining room for every meal. When I would go to visit, we always enjoyed walking in the courtyard and always played a hand or two of cards in the Sunroom! In his last days, Sheronda and her nursing staff along with Hospice, made sure Dad was comfortable. Dad never met a stranger and was always happy to start a conversation with anyone. Thank you, Karen, for being that person! Thank you Ana for walking my sister and I through the process of getting Dad settled into his new home and Jo Beth for hooking up his TV and being so very kind to him. My Dad had lived with my husband and I for 5 1/2 yrs before coming to Pacifica and I felt very reassured and confident that my Dad was going to be in good hands, and he was!!!
