We just transferred my parent out of here after only being here 4 months. In this short time the things this home has been dishonest, negligent and borderline abusive with are as follows: insurance fraud, lack of care or desire to act over threats of bodily harm and death by another resident (had to threaten to bring police to get them to do anything), was allowed to be removed from the facility by an unauthorized person, a number of incidents that required tests and or therapy and nothing was communicated to the family (we had to find out by seeing it on the insurance bills), HIPPA violation, bedding as thin as cheese clothes, cut up and worn out towels given as wash clothes and worn out furniture (see attached picture - “wash cloth” and assigned dresser with worn paint and missing handle), meals that would barely compete with the size of a kids meal at McDonald’s, falsifying the daily rate, falsifying the spend down and in doing so looking to leave the spouse destitute, no two people have the same answer, despite several reminders and plenty of notice, documents are not prepared or are missing information, nursing and administrative staff not stating truth in notes and medical records. DO NOT…DO NOT…DO NOT put your loved ones here!!! Read the reviews!! We wish we would have. There are other good places out there. Wish I could give ZERO stars!!

This facility with it’s current “ownership“ has gone rogue on care. I’ve witnessed great decline in patient care and facility management. No contact from administration or social services regarding patient. We have been trying to reach anyone in charge. No response, just silence. 🤐 Neglect in care. It seems like medicine is not given with the degree of decline in the patients I’m familiar with since the six “groups “ that now own this facility. I thought being state run would suck… this is for profit only. I’m looking to contact every entity to report the situation here. I do NOT recommend this place for anyone!

Whoever owns and runs this place needs to teach their employees a little Customer service when somebody comes in to make a delivery or pick up or see a patient. The reception never knows where the patient is. They want to send you to two other places to find this information you walk up to nurses and Receptionist. They see you standing in there they play on their phones. They walk away from you like you’re not standing there. A bunch of rude people that work here the only person that seems to want to help anybody is the nurse Gina, I think her name is everybody else walks around this place like their self entitled. Not to mention, the place is dirty you see people stealing from one another patient in their room drinking alcohol. What kind of places is this?
