I cannot say enough wonderful things about River Park Post Acute Nursing and Rehabilitation! From the moment we walked through the doors, the staff treated our family with genuine kindness, compassion, and respect. They took the time to answer every question, kept us informed, and made us feel like our loved one was more than just a patient—they were family. I would like to personally thank Tina Bute for going out of her way to meet us at the hospital before my mom was transferred. She gave us such peace and comfort and has been an absolute angel throughout this entire process. The nursing staff is exceptional as well! They are attentive, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to providing the highest level of care. It was evident that they genuinely cared about the health, comfort, and well-being of every resident. The rehabilitation team was equally impressive, encouraging progress while celebrating even the smallest victories with patience and positivity. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The rooms and common areas are comfortable, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. It is clear that the staff takes great pride in creating a safe, supportive, and positive environment. What stood out most was the level of communication and professionalism. Everyone—from the nurses and therapists to the administrative and support staff—worked together as a team to ensure excellent care. Their dedication, empathy, and commitment provided our family with tremendous peace of mind during a difficult time. If you are looking for a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility where your loved one will be treated with dignity, compassion, and outstanding medical care, I highly recommend River Park Post Acute Nursing and Rehabilitation. Thank you to the entire team for your exceptional service and for making such a positive difference in the lives of your residents and their families. You are truly appreciated.

I’ve had a really good experience with River Park Post Acute. The staff is super friendly and genuinely cares about the patients—they don’t just treat it like a job. Everyone from admissions to nursing and therapy has been helpful and easy to work with. They communicate well, keep you in the loop, and make the whole process feel a lot less stressful. The place is clean, organized, and has a welcoming vibe, which makes a big difference. Overall, I’d definitely recommend River Park to anyone looking for a place that actually cares and takes good care of their people.

I was at River Park Post Acute from February 26, 2026 to May 13, 2026. I was there after having a bad infection, Lily one of my nurses was phenomenal, she goes above and beyond for her patients. There physical therapy department is very well organized, I worked with Bryce, Eddie, Irene and Jacob, who brought me a long ways from not being able to roll over to being able to walk some with the walker in a short 2 weeks. River park also has a wonderful activities department and Gennesee and Ammie are great as well as Debbie, they have board games, card games, bingo, corn hole, and target practice. They also do manicures if that is your thing. I'd like to also add that all the upper management go above and beyond as well. I'm thankful that I got to go to River Park. I'm thankful for the staff there. Vickie was also a lifesaver for me, thank you

River Park was a wonderful facility for my husband’s rehabilitation for 3 mos. We felt very welcomed and cared for by Linda & Brinkley in the reception area. He really benefited from the physical therapy and enjoyed his therapist Jacob tremendously. Vickie was very helpful in guiding, referral information and helping with a smooth discharge. I appreciated Jessica in billing for patiently guiding me through that process. The staff was very accommodating and his discharge nurse, Geri, very helpful. We appreciate all of the care team, everyone cared for him daringly and made his stay comfortable. Thank you River Park!

River park is a great place. They were so patient with me. Arjun is an amazing director and is so kind. The nurses and CNAs care and take very good care of the patients. PT and OT really work you but at your goal and motivate you. Gen (the activity specialist) is the sweetest and is always there to help. She loves her job. Linda at front desk is so great. I love this woman.
