River Oaks Nursing & Rehabilitation Center was a pleasant surprise! The staff members were genuinely good people who performed their jobs in a courteous and professional manner. Never had a problem. The staff even treated me and another guy to a party on our birthdays (same day). This was the fourth facility I've been in and it is by far the best!

One of the best nursing homes in the south. The overall care has improved tremendously. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, informative, and supportive. This includes the administrative staff. This facility is definitely not perfect, but I can honestly say that it’s moving in the right direction.

If you have another choice of nursing homes, please use it. This place is horrible. It is a place to put a person that is on their death bed. The only attention the long term patients receive is feeding and diaper change and the diaper change is not on time and there is little food put on the plates. From what I have seen, many of the patients are still hungry.

Went there yesterday to check on a loved one and I was not happy with what I saw. The staff was rude, smelled bad and all the staff were just relaxing. My loved one had bruises on her, their hair wasn't done, and she hadn't showered since she came from the hospital. When asked about the incident reports they could not give them to me but haven't had one written since 10/12/2023 she has fresh bruises on her and just went to the hospital and I was told that they hadn't been feeding her and she was very dehydrated.
