I can't say enough about this facility amazing people great work ethic wonderful environment it is like home away from home . I will recommend it to any one that need a place to stay ti recover a special thank you Helen. A a social worker at this wonderful place she made me feel very special with her smile and the amount of knowledge she has . I will miss everybody.i will keep them in my heart .thank you so much for everything.

My loved one resides in Rinaldi Convalescent hospital. I would like to mention that I see big improvement in care and management. Whenever we visit my sister, she is well groomed, dressed, clean and happy. The facility is clean and the staff is very professional. Care-givers here are amazing

Our family had a very positive experience at this SNF while my uncle was here. The staff showed genuine compassion and professionalism. I especially want to recognize Selena, Wendy, and ely, the CNAs who took exceptional care of my uncle. They were kind, patient, attentive, and treated him with dignity and respect everyday. Thank you for the great care you’ve given my grandma. She really likes it there, and that means a lot to our family. The staff are always so nice, kind, and friendly, and they make her feel comfortable every day. We truly appreciate everything you do and would definitely recommend this place to others. :) :)

I recently toured this SNF and honestly had a really good impression. The facility was clean, it smelled fresh, and the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. The staff I saw were kind and attentive with the residents. The residents were even doing some kind of fun activities in their dining room. Don’t let some of the negative reviews discourage you .. the people here actually seem really caring and work hard to take care of everyone. I would recommend 👍🏼👍🏼
