Rightway is very caring. They’re the handling the care of a family friend, and I can really see the difference in the quality of her life. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to come on here to express my gratitude.

I was hired for a position that I never once did and was tossed into a spot where I wasn't given any of their trainings on. I wasn't provided the proper equipment to complete my job. I was expected to buy my own laptop, use my own personal phone, buy my own supplies I even bought my own desk. When I requested for trainings or to sit with other managers I was denied. Preexisting staff there work hard to team up and set up staff they don't like or ones they've had disagreements with to get them fired. Upper management is never willing to to fully look into things or report things fairly and they discriminate in the most inappropriate ways. Not a safe work environment along with not a safe place I'd allow my loved ones to live.
