My husband's care giver, Maritza, is a God send. She is every bit the professional. Very caring and giving. She's punctual and does her job with such care. Always greeting us with a smile on her face. My husband is always very happy to see her when she arrives.

Disagree with all the calls for their office being handled by a call center overseas. Lack of professionalism from the call center. The call center does not have answers when you call and the callback is several days. Refused to allow caregivers to speak to staff in the local office through the onboarding process and refused to refund money I paid for CPR recertification. Sadly I don’t feel this would be a company I recommend. I was spoken to rudely and I don’t want any clients to experience what I have from this company. I was told someone would be in the office at 8:00 a.m. I arrived at 8:15 and waited until 8:40 a.m. and doors were locked. No return calls from management . Just my experience. I have more experience than most 20 years. This isn’t my first experience with an agency but lack of communication / professionalism is mind blowing .

Cynthia C has been outstanding with my Dad. She takes very good care of him. He is always in a good mood when he comes home. They go shopping since Mum & I can no longer take him and she runs Dad specific errands. She brings him home on time so she can do light housekeeping for Mum. He so enjoys his time with her! He will actually shave if he knows Cindy is coming over and not just cause they are going out. Thanks so much Cindy! You are outstanding at what you do!
