Robin the broker was awesome. But the park is in disrepair, half the people are allowed to let weeds grow out of control, looks pretty rundown and slummy. Would not recommend to anyone. Sad manangement doesn't care what park looks like.

This community is not in favor of the little guy. I've had client's on this property for years, and the ugliness, rudeness, and just overall old-fashioned mindset about people of color hasn't gotten better. I've picked up and dropped more client's here behind their warped thinking and manner of communication towards me. As a business owner, I am just there to assist my client's, but this place will do everything they can to give me a hard time. Whether it's driving my own vehicle, or having to walk due to vehicle issues they still act as if I don't belong on the property when I was hired by a resident to be there.
