The folks at RAH treat us like family. The entire staff goes out of their way to make sure our needs are met. Lisa did our initial consult and laid out all the options and details in an easy to understand and truly caring way. Lisa continues to check in with me and make sure I am getting what we need. Lisa even gave us information on processes to get some financial help if you qualify and it is needed. My wife has memory issues and I need occasional help. The organization is just that, organized. Lexi is our scheduler and Shelly is my wife's care giver. Lexi is responsive, professional, and so polite and sweet on our scheduling calls. Shelly has become my wife's "friend". I have seen a bond grow between Shelly and my wife that shows me Shelly cares for her deeply, no words necessary. I would recommend Right at Home to anyone that asks. They vet their staff, they are organized and on time, and most of all, they care!

I had a wonderful experience using the personal assistant service through Right at Home to help purge and organize my master closet. From the start, the office staff was warm, responsive, and easy to work with—they made setting up the service and scheduling everything incredibly smooth. The personal assistant who came to my home was professional, kind, and incredibly thoughtful in how she approached organizing the space. She helped me make decisions without pressure and found smart, efficient ways to arrange everything. It’s been almost two months since she was here, and I’m proud to say my closet is still just as organized—her system really stuck! I highly recommend Right at Home’s personal assistant service for anyone looking to simplify and bring order to their home and life!

We had a great experience with Right at Home in Clemson (RAH). From the folks in the office to the caregivers who helped our loved one, the team at RAH helped our family at every stage. The office folks were patient and caring as we navigated our loved one’s needs and paired our loved one with a wonderful caregiver. The RAH caregiver not only provided the support our loved one needed but also developed a wonderful connection with him that well-exceeded our expectations. This gave our family tremendous faith, trust, and confidence in RAH and provided our loved one with some much needed support.

When looking for care for mom over a month ago I contacted a couple different home care options. Right at Home was different right from the start as they listened to the situation and offered suggestions and advice immediately. Their assessment of mom and their placement of a caregiver were quick and seamless. Mom loves her caregiver - she's friendly, caring and will do just about anything mom asks. Mom's condition is still undiagnosed and we don't know how long she'll need extra care, but we know she's in good hands.

The Right at Home staff were really easy to deal with and understanding of our needs. My spouse has severe dementia and not always the easiest person to deal with. The first caregiver that was sent was truly precious and we enjoyed her but honestly not the best fit. I can only say that i would recommend her as a caregiver but she wasn't right for my wife. i asked for another caregiver with some modified parameters and Right at Home sent us the perfect Caregiver. My Wife loves her and so do i. All of our family that has met this caregiver is amazed how well she interacts with my wife and just fits into our crazy dynamic. Thank you for all the help.
