Lila Doyle Nursing Home is NOT a place to put a loved one. Nothing that was discussed with Dr. Standifer was implemented. When I tried to speak to him, he backed away from me like I had the plague. He asked if I saw the NP. I told her I had not. She finally came in Mom’s room. We discussed my concerns, yet again, nothing was done. PT/OT and Speech Therapy were ordered, but never happened. The place is filthy. Mom’s room was not cleaned during the 4 days I was there. We were able to move her out of there this morning. I could go on and on.

My mom was there for about 30 days. The facility was always clean. The food was great. They made my mom as comfortable as possible. I would recommend this place. I really liked Margaret. She made sure my mothers personal hygiene was taken care of. On the downside, I choose to believe they allowed my mother to go home probably two weeks to soon. My mother was home for 57 hours and then had to go back to the hospital because she was not strong enough to walk to the bathroom on her own. I choose to believe if they would have kept her for another week or two she would have been stronger. And she would have been able to stay home. I understand my mom continued to say she wanted to go home. However, patients do not always know what’s best for them.

Hey everyone. I just want to say that this place is complete trash for handling my grandfather’s situation the way they did. Basically, my family was kept from seeing my grandfather and the whole floor was quarantined for two weeks - his last two weeks alive. All over a simple mask violation. Even after we were told to get Covid tests that all came back negative, we were still denied access to my grandfather. According to one nurse, my grandpa was begging to see his family and yet they still never allowed us to see him. Thankfully, my dad and uncle did get to see him just hours before he passed, but not my sister or the rest of my family. Do not ever trust Lila Doyle.

My mother was in rehab at this horrible, despicable facility for almost five weeks. Don’t allow a loved one or anyone you know to go to Lila Doyle. There is no quality of care at Lila Doyle. Patients can need and call for help and staff and nurses just ignore them. They don’t know the meaning of care. The food is very poor quality and barely edible. The administration are nasty, lying and manipulative people. There is no communication and a total lack of organization and professionalism. Lila Doyle is a dreadful place. The one positive note was some of my mother’s physical therapy. The only thing that Lila Doyle cares about is your money.
