My family has been working with Right at Home in Rockland, Ma for a few years now and overall we have been really pleased with the care and services they provide for our family member. The Caregivers are warm, caring women. Having a nurse head the team is such an asset. The management follows up with us on a regular basis. As Right at Home told me early on, they will care for our family member so we the family can go back to being daughters and sons. Thank you Right at Home.

Right at Home has provided care for my parents for the last 18 months. The whole RAH team has been fantastic, including the office team, nursing and the care givers who provide care to my parents. They have been able to flex as our needs have evolved and my mom's Alzheimer's progressed. We would not have survived during the last 18 months without RAH. We have had a very positive experience with RAH during a very difficult time and I would highly recommend them.

Right at Home is an excellent caregiver service. They provided us assistance for our totally dependent elderly ward. She had been diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s in 2004 and required complete care by 2014. In 2016 we came to Right at Home for help and we could not have received better services than were provided. Their staff of nurses and caregivers were amazing. Their office staff were also easy to work with and committed to providing excellent service. Our girl received the best of care right up to her last breath. We thank everyone who worked with us to keep our girl home and happy.

We cannot recommend Right at Home highly enough! From the first call several months ago they have been consistently responsive. They helped us figure out the types of services that my mother needed, and since then have worked with us to find the best caregivers for my mom. Professional, caring and flexible across the board, from the office staff to the home caregivers. It makes such a difference to know my mom is well taken care of by people who have gotten to know her and care about her well being. Thank you!

Right at Home has provided in home care for my dad for quite a while now. I can not express how happy we are with the care that they have provided for my dad. He requires 24 hour in home care and is in a Hospice program. The home health care workers have been amazing with him. Dolly, Yvette, Carleen, and Luanne to name just a few. They provide companionship; whether it be talking to my dad, sitting next to him, or even learning to play his favorite game of cribbage, they prepare his meals, alert us to changes in his behavior, personal hygiene care. Mary-Kate the nurse has been amazing with frequent home visits, as well as keeping us updated as well. Subrina has been wonderful with helping us with additional hours and any questions we have that need to be relayed to the home health care providers. When I call their company I always get the same people, not a random person I have never spoken to. They know my dad! They are quick with their response if I leave a message as well. My family and I have been extremely happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality care for a loved one.
