Very unprofessional staff who does not know how to read drug screens and mixing up results. Would not show new employee the results nor let them retake it. Giving 2 stars only because 1 star reviews can be removed. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Right at home really helps me get my dad ready in the morning for his at home nurse visits while im at work. Trisha does a great job and my dad enjoys her company!

A caring intimate company who appreciates staff and their clients. Very accommodating to scheduling and understanding to outside life situations that may come up. It’s been a year now and I’m very pleased with how things are going and my relationship with my client is phenomenal.

Right at Home was recommended to me by my Mom's Continuing Care Retirement Community. Although my Mom was receiving excellent care in Assisted Living, she needed additional help with all Activities of Daily Living. A top priority was keeping her safe when transferring to and from her wheelchair. The Caregivers were very attentive to her needs. The assistance they gave her enabled her to remain in her same environment longer than would have been possible otherwise. I also appreciated the online Family Portal, where I could see which Caregivers would be working with her each day, and if they had checked-in each morning. Communication from management staff has been very timely. My Mom was recently moved to Long Term/Skilled Nursing Care. Although Caregivers are no longer needed, my spouse and I chose to keep a Caregiver with my Mom 2 mornings a week. Her Caregiver/Companion Roxana truly cares about my Mom, and they have a special relationship. Roxana treats my Mom with dignity, encourages her, and motivates her with humor. Having her with my Mom enables me to talk with my Mom via telephone. This gives me great peace of mind, as I live out of state. Right at Home has made a positive difference in my Mom's life, and in mine.
