I have to say being at right at home for a year going on two years has been DREADFUL! The miscommunication, the non-communication, the unprofessionalism. Some of the staff claim to care about what you have going on in your personal life but that only matter to favorites. They quick to call and complain before even hearing what you have to say. I would 0/10 recommend working here they definitely not the company they claim to be.

We have only good things to say about Right at Home! The communication was on point. They never left us without someone to come at our scheduled times, even if they had to find a last minute substitute because of emergencies. They kept us informed every step of the way. The caregivers were trained well and kind. I would highly recommend using Right at Home.

I needed assistance in getting my 92 year old Mom to the dentist. I was so pleased and impressed with London who met us at the dentist office to help my son transfer my Mom into the dental chair. She was very professional and personable. I will definitely ask for her in 6 months when I have to bring my Mom back to the dentist for a clean and check. Ms. Kay, thank you SO much for sending London that day!!

We have used RAH Lafayette many times over the past few years and they have been exceptional at caring for my mother. From first contact with Kay this latest experience has been great. Ease of online registration update is much appreciated as I don't live in the same city as my mother. Nurse Amy gave us such confidence that she would make sure that the caregivers meet all of mom's needs! And then there is Latoya, our care coordinator! What can I say, she has worked so hard (and succeeded) to get us the care we need. Short notice, over a holiday -- didn't matter she and her after hours team got the job done. Would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

We are using Right at Home for my dad, and they really have helped us in so many ways. From our first meeting with Jennifer, the marketing director, we felt heard. We've had various visits and help from Amy, the director of nursing, who is willing to come to help at the drop of a hat. LaToya, the scheduling director, works tirelessly to make sure that the best "fit" sitters are scheduled to care for dad each day. And finally the fantastic sitters help us each day to ensure that Dad is well taken care of, comfortable, and safe. We appreciate it all so much!
