I have attended the CHHA classes and have been employed by Right at Home for the past year . Everyone in that team is really very helpful , professional , friendly and ready to work together to make sure the clients as well as their families and the caregivers are satisfied . I have never had a problem communicating with the team . They listen , they respond and help in any way they can . I have heard from several people that they very happy with that agency . I recommend them to people that seek reliable services for their loved ones .

My experience with the school has been very positive and rewarding. The training materials were well-structured, informative, and easy to follow, helping me build both knowledge and confidence in the subject matter. Administrative staff were also helpful and ensuring that the certification process was smooth and well organized. The school created a supportive learning environment that encouraged growth and success and would recommend the school to others pursuing similar training.

RAH has provided outstanding service. They have provided an excellent support person to help my husband. The support is very consistent, which is extremely important for my husband. It’s the same person and same schedule. When we need to change the schedule because of doctor’s appointments they are very accommodating. I couldn’t be happier.

My mom has been a client at this agency for over a year. They have always been helpful and professional. They are responsive to our needs and communicate professionally. They have had to change helpers several times and its always been a smooth and timely process. Geneva the office manager has been very professional and very helpful anytime I have had to contact her for any reason. She is a pleasure to work with. I am truly grateful to the Right At Home service and team for all they do. We all deal with stressful situations, including loved ones who need more time or professional care than we can provide. If you're reading this, you know exactly what I mean. In addition to ensuring my Mom received personable and professional care, the Right At Home team accommodated multiple requests for changes in dates and times. Although those specifics mattered most, they did more, that sincerely touched my heart as the sibling-on-duty; they checked in with me to see how I'm doing as I maneuvered through the challenges, juggled my caring siblings, and found the new normal. They knew before I knew, that this is hard on everyone, and they were there to ease my stress too. Needless to say, I highly recommend them.
