I would like to thank the RAH team in the Bluffton SC office for excellent service during our four month 24/7 care needs. Kimberly, Vicky, Jennifer are amazing staff personnel as well as others. Kimberly handles scheduling with true caring and professionalism even when there is a change at a moments notice. I don't know how she does it. Vicky is a sweet caring woman and a pleasure to speak with. The office personnel were a joy to work with for my fathers needs and they are an amazing team that I was blessed to work with for 24/7 care for my father. We had the most amazing caregivers, Valerie, Roseanne, Elnora stand out as a few that were always going way above and beyond and are loving, caring caregivers that we were blessed to have their services and Right at Home is very fortunate to have them on their team. There may be some sort of personal clash with a caregiver and client, but Kimberly handled any issues with great ease to ensure the perfect fit(s). The use of the family portal for schedules, questions, billing, knowing what your caregiver looks like, etc is a great asset to families. Billing and payment setup is a great seamless process and invoices were always accurate! If your family is in the need of home caregivers and/or as additional caregivers in a skilled nursing care facility, Right at Home is an absolute fantastic agency! In order to ensure a happy, smooth and great client/caregiver experience and relationship, you need to be very clear about your expectations and the clients daily routines for a successful caregiver journey!
