I've had the privilege of being introduced to Right at Home thru an old time friend, who is covered by the VA for home care. Since being introduced to this company, I have learned SO much about every facet of homecare, terminologies, and different situations of care that were well beyond my purview. I've recently had Jeff and Donna visit and got to know Jeff a little more, making it this much more exciting to be part of this group! The education is superb, communication with staff is excellent, and the benefits of knowing you're doing "good" makes it all worth while. As "the" primary caregiver for my old friend, I'm also honored that RAH staff allow me to interview and give my feedback of potential caregivers while I am not available to be assisting my friend (as i think my feedback is why some of them are no longer with RAH) :)

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our caregiver, Jessica from Right at Home. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly kind, thoughtful, compassionate, and loving toward both of our parents. She goes above and beyond every single day, helping with everything from grocery shopping and tidying up the house to making sure our parents feel cared for, respected, and comfortable. Jessica is always dependable and professional, arriving early every day with a positive attitude and giving 110% in everything she does. Her dedication and genuine care shine through in every interaction. We were originally referred to Right At Home by a friend, and like many families, we were understandably nervous about welcoming someone we didn’t know into our home on a daily basis. Those worries quickly disappeared because Jessica has truly become like family to us. She brings not only exceptional caregiving skills, but also warmth, empathy, and peace of mind during a difficult season of life. We feel incredibly lucky and grateful to have found her, and we wholeheartedly recommend Right At Home to anyone looking for trustworthy, compassionate care for their loved ones.
