Right-At-Home has been very responsive to our questions when my mother first started her in-home care and they are very easy to communicate with when schedules change. Their introduction packet is very detailed and comprehensive. We have not been disappointed with their services in any way.

After searching various Home Care agencies, we chose Right at Home. It was convenient, located in Heritage Harbour where we live. They have been accepted by our long term insurance company, John Hancock. This alone was important. Our local office staff is very professional and helpful. A registered nurse came to our house for consultation and check the condition of our living area. Any questions we had were answered immediately. They have a 24/7 answering service and someone always gets back to us. The home care personnel have been wonderful and pricing is compatible to other agencies we called. My husband and I are very pleased that we chose Right at Home.

Right at Home helped ease the stress of caring for our mother as she was preparing to transition to heaven. Our care giver Ebony did a wonderful job with mom. Kelli Belemore was the young lady that was my contact who helped me make the decision that Right at Home would be the best choice for the care of our mother. She also was very caring in all of our conversations. Kelli made a time that is extremely difficult so much easier. If you need care for a loved one Right at Home is the service I would highly recommend . Thank you Right at Home, Ebony, and especially Kelli for all your help.

my experience with my caregiver at Right At Home has been excellent. She is a very caring person, aware of my needs and she has had Long time experience. When she well miss a day, right At Home makes sure then I have a replacement arranged. Scheduling practice is exceptionally good and someone is always available to answer the phone. I have been very happy and satisfied with Right At Home.

Once we found a consistent care taker for Mom, it was quite a relief to know she was becoming familiar with the family and us with her. An answer to our dilemma while we waited a year to find a good assisted living facility. Very personable and caring staff. Always communicated if anything out of the normal schedule occurred.
