Great facility with caring professionals who provide quality care to a difficult group of residents. Food is good and even though it's an old building it is kept clean. They really seem to treat their residents like family.

I don't know much about the front building.Why isn't the nursing building in the back being advertised? This place is horrible,I can't believe the state is funding this place.. The State of SC needs to do a pop-up inspection and shut this place down.My heart was broken entering this so called facility to visit a loved one and see that the proper care is not given to the major of the residents in the so called upstairs section of the building..0 stars given...

I was visiting my friend’s mother there and it was time for them to eat dinner, which by the way is awful…A worker was handing out trays very rudely and with an attitude… When it was time to enter our room she slam the tray on my friend’s roommate table.. The roommate opened it and it was purée food, which the roommate kindly asked what it was… The worker said I don’t know it’s what they fixed for you, you’ll have to take it up with somebody else… Then she proceeded to say the person name on the tray and it wasn’t her name…Did not apologize or say anything just snatched it up and walked out blaming someone else but herself…I a nurse and It is very upsetting to see the attitudes of the staff that works there… It’s like they do not have sympathy nor empathy of other people…I don’t think management doesn’t care… I hope they get the same type of treatment when they no longer can help themselves…
