My sister in law has been at RNC for almost 2 years. After steadily declining in her health (physical and mental) condition for several years at an assisted living group home before coming to RNC, she has greatly improved under the care of RNC's staff and medical providers, especially in the last few months. They have helped her get better. They are trying to improve her condition and they're succeeding, obviously doing something very right in their care of her. The staff is kind and considerate toward the patients/residents. They renovated the entire facility during the last year or so, making it more comfortable, pleasant and spacious in its appearance and updating the group areas for the residents, and the patient rooms are improved too. They have kept us advised about the therapy and care they're providing her, and have answered whatever questions we've had. Bottom line: we are grateful to the Lord for guiding us to RNC for my sister-in-law and for her improvement, and recommend RNC highly.

I recently had the opportunity to tour Richardson Nursing & Rehab with Daniel Acosta, and I have to say, I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews. However, my experience was completely different and very heartening. The staff here are some of the kindest and most compassionate nurses I have ever met. Throughout my visit, several team members warmly asked how my day was going, and each resident greeted me with a smile, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. I had some concerns about residents who wander, as my mother sometimes shows signs of wandering but hasn’t been diagnosed with dementia yet. I was pleased to learn that Richardson has a special program designed to support residents with these needs. I’m truly glad to be selecting Richardson Nursing & Rehab for the next steps in my mother’s care. Thank you to Daniel Acosta and the wonderful team for making us feel so comfortable and cared for!
