I moved in to a rental late February, and I have been completely happy here. Danielle and Kim are so very helpful and address.every issue that has come up! The new maintenance man Rick has been very helpful and thorough when a need arises, it's a relief to know I'm not alone .

My mother and I love it here; we’ve been here almost a year. The office staff are very kind, including the maintenance staff, and the people on my street look out for one another. Don’t listen to the reviews; come in for a tour to see it for yourself.

I have lived here for exactly three years. The new property manager, Danielle, is like a breath of fresh air. The park is clean and peaceful. The maintenance men, Louie and Zach, are knowledgeable, friendly, and respond to work orders in a prompt manner!! If something breaks ( sometimes that shouldn’t), Danielle is on top of it right away. I really appreciate her. We even have Senior activities monthly, that as a community have never had before. I would highly recommend Reynolds Senior Village to anyone!!

My husband and I moved into a Double wide a year ago expecting it to be a temporary stop on our way to buying a home with a basement later...I liked the community though-the people are quiet and I felt secure in our semi closed area. We felt comfortable enough here that when a slightly bigger home became available we bought it and are staying put. I love the clubhouse and have used it for lots of family and friend occasions. My dog loves to do her zoomies in the little enclosed Dog Park. I like walking the community with my mom- we get our mile of walking in. The manager that was here before was not a problem for me, but many people had issues with her-she would make many promises and not follow thru. We have new management as of Dec 2024 and Danielle is very hard working and conscientous and has been very diligent and busy addressing the many issues that had been neglected before. She is very open to hearing the residents comments and complaints and addressing them as thoroughly and as quickly as possible. She now has staff that want to work here and they are professional and respectful of the residents. They all work well together and are making many improvements-I feel really positive about the direction leadership here is taking. One area that has been ignored for too long is the drainage overflow in the back, but I feel confident that in time that will be addressed too-to all our satisfaction. I recommend our community to all 55+ individuals who are looking for an easy going home community!
