Listen, some of the staff was very nice. It’s the only reason there’s one star. How is a health facility going to release a person who clearly shouldn’t have been released? The place had almost no staff. Most seemed like they didn’t care at all. The place was a god awful nightmare. First time I visited and the place smelt terrible and the floors were sticky like they weren’t cleaned. They can’t handle the patients they have yet the higher ups brag about new management. No staff no care, simply put. A person shouldn’t be worrying about if it took. The staff only moments to check up on their patients or three hours or more. Someone falls and family comes in to check, and sees them and staff goes “I don’t know.” When you ask how long. Excuse me??? But why are they releasing people who clearly weren’t capable to walk out on their own without heavy assistance. What kind of rehab place doesn’t actually do rehab? A walk from bed to door and back? That is starter stuff they should be able to walk around the whole wing without assistance and without the fear of throwing up from walking. So tell me why someone got released when this all was happening?? Zero stars is what this location needs

My grandmother was put here and the nurses treated her bad. They kept her different medications that were not hers and then yelled at her whenever she soiled they would let her lay in it. The staff are garbage and untrained. Their main goal is to get the bed empty so they can cash in another. In 9 days my grandmother went from being able to move and rehabilitate after her fall in hospital to her death. Even the meeting with Hospice was suddenly cancelled 30 minutes before her death The rings that she had on her finger were stolen. We asked about them and were told not to worry about it that it happens all the time. They claimed she died from covid complications. She was vaccinated and was there recovering from a head injury she got while at the hospital for which they offered 500$ to shut her up and we refused they moved her here.

What a joke! My mom was there for 8 days. No shower! She only washed off. The OT didn't help her in getting into a shower as practice for returning home. $100 in brand new clothing "lost" Her main care giver found her flannel pants on another resident and made him take them off. The top is still missing. A $70 jogging suit was missing. I was told it was found. I went to get it. There was only the top. Horrible lack of communication with me. I couldn't visit because she was in the Covid wing. I'd give less stars if I could. However, 4.5 stars to mom's main caregiver Rhonda. She is great!!!

My mother called to tell me the nurses would not answer her calls and she was not given any of her medications. I called and spoke to a "nurse" and she said she did not have any medications to give her and I asked why not since she had come from the hospital there. She told me well if they come they come. I told her my mother is diabetic and has CHF and could die without her medication and she said I'm a nurse, she's not going to die. I said she obviously didn't even care, she then told me she is my Mother I could come and take care of her. Unbelievable!! Worst experience EVER in a healthcare facility!!

I took my mother to visit with her long time friend which she had not seen or talk to in months. When her friend was wheeled into the area where we were sitting we noticed her face was dirty with dried snot, her mouth was dirty and she was thought to be sleep, but we soon found out she was unconscious. From there, things went from bad to worse. Our friend ended up in the hospital. I can go on and on about the experience we encountered there but I won't. I just want to say please do not take your loved ones there. They were unprofessional, the place was not clean and your loved ones are not being taken care of properly there. Who knows how long our friend had been in that state (Not clean and unconscious). If you have loved ones in these facilities, please check on them regularly, advocate for them. It is important.
