I’ve been with this company for over a year and a half, and I’ve truly reached my limit. When I first started, I had an amazing PCA named Maria — compassionate, reliable, and genuinely caring. Unfortunately, she left because the company treated her so poorly that she couldn’t stay. After that, everything went downhill. For months, they kept sending me aides who didn’t speak English, despite me repeatedly explaining that I need an English-speaking caregiver for medical and safety reasons. I had one aide who was openly jealous of me for living independently and began mistreating me — it crossed into emotional abuse. I reported it, yet nothing changed. When I finally threatened to leave the agency altogether, they suddenly managed to find someone who spoke English. She’s been wonderful — the only bright spot I’ve had — but even she’s been forced to pick up extra shifts she told the office months ago she couldn’t do. She only continues out of kindness, because she actually cares. Meanwhile, I did my part: I found a qualified replacement for the open shifts myself and brought the office her information. Instead of being grateful, the staff gave me attitude, denied knowing anything about the scheduling issue, and acted completely clueless about the situation. The office staff, especially Vanessa, are consistently unprofessional — talking over clients, deflecting blame, and contradicting themselves. One minute she’s claiming to be the manager, the next minute she’s saying, “My manager will call you.” Which one is it? This agency has no accountability, no empathy, and no understanding of what quality care means. It’s a revolving door of workers and excuses. I’m currently in the process of switching companies, because no client — especially one relying on essential care — should ever be treated this way.

Could not have asked for better care for my Nana. It was a demanding case and they handled it with professionalism, knowledge, and the care that she needed. Both physically and mentally they took care of her, with alzheimer's she did not know much of who she was or where she was. They were punctual and flexible to any time needed.I would have been lost without them.I would not want anyone else to care for me or my loved ones in the future.
