My mother was there for respite care. We would not recommend for long term care. The service and care are not consistent. Please make sure to constantly check on your love one in person if you decide to trust them with any care facility.

This place is absolutely vile! Everything is dirty, water machines are moldy and uncleaned, one shower tech pushed her down into her wheelchair and bruised her shoulders, the food they feed these poor people is not suitable for dogs, no nutritionally balanced diet. They leave soiled diapers and wipes on the floor and in soiled pants! DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!

I was very disturbed in the last review I recently read concerning Brookside Rehab at the Resthaven Living facility. My brother as well as myself live here witnessing our mother receiving the kindness, caring, and patience one would want for their family members and friends. The physical therapist was great in assisting our mom. Before my mother entered this facility I had doubts about her being there, especially after reading some of the reviews. Brookside Rehab was where she chose to be and I'm glad she did. We would and will recommend this facility.

It hurt giving this place one star for the services rendered to my mother during her short stay at Brookside Rehabilitation. Most of the staff are uncaring and slow on response time!! Professionalism is repugnant!!! Treating and speaking to my mother was a bit offensive at times. My mother can be rude, but is it in your job duty to be "subjective"? These jobs don't pay well and the turnover rate is astronomical, but you knew this before you accepted employment. Speaking and treating patients according to their behavior is "unethical"!!! I would never recommend this place!!!!
