The new remodel is coming along nicely. Overall the ER was pretty good. Colton NP was great. He tested a lot of things and found nothing. My PCP checked my Iron and it's low so I'm iron deficient. Some nurses were great but some could not bring me water even though they said they were bringing me water 3 times. Two nurses sat in the hall outside my door but didn't check on me and did not give me a call button so I had to use my cell phone and call the Ear receptionist in order to get help. They texted me my portal to update my medications, allergies, etc. But who feels like doing that when you are in the ER? I sure did not and the nurse didn't update them for me except for one medication I insisted she update. The CT Scan technician let my son help to lay me down on the CT machine and told him to stay outside the room then she would let him come help to get me up. However, she insisted to just let her help me up. I said No, get my son. She argued to just let her. I told her I have severe osteoporosis and a colostomy and very weak muscles. I told her my ribs fracture very easily, but she pulled me up instead. I started crying and I apologized but she never apologized and she did fracture a rib! Still they were better than Slidell ER's which are nightmares!
