The enrollment process at Fair City Health and Rehab was handled with patience and care. Everything was explained clearly, and the staff made the experience feel organized and stress-free. Lauren and Katie were incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. I’m very grateful for their support and professionalism.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Notice there is plenty of stock photos and not actual photographs of this disgusting place. If you hate your loved one this is the place for them! This place is NOT a rehab facility! This is where you leave someone to die! When our Dad came home he had bed sores, regressed in his progress from the hospital, and they LIED about how long and often he was on oxygen. They said “as needed” for oxygen when he was put on oxygen and left. The rehab care was throwing him in a wheelchair for 2 hours! Disgusting!

This is my first experience with an inhouse Rehab and I was totally put at ease with the accomadating staff! Everyone was so willing to go out of their way to speak and to do anything needed to make this transition for my loved one easy. Everything was clean and I could tell that pride is taken in their facility. Excellent care has already been given from the administrator, nurses, aides, and cafeteria staff. I would recommend Fair City Health and Rehab Services to everyone!

Heritage Manor has been changed to Fair City Health and Rehab. In the past month a lot of changes have been made for the better and I've already noticed a huge improvement. In the past week, I've received a call every day concerning my family member . Communication is very important to me and they are doing a great job. I can't wait to see the new renovations and good things to come.
