Marissa and Susanne were very caring and showed genuine concern for my recovery. They even laughed at my dumb dad jokes and comments. Any that is lucky enough to get them assigned will be truly blessed.

Nurse Ade was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. She was very patient and answered any questions I had. I feel Ade was very thorough and I felt very comfortable to be seen by her.

Lauren L., the in-home nurse, is knowledgeable, skilled, and congenial. It is obvious that she views her position as not just employment, but rather a vocation. After major surgery, Lauren made sure that the healing process went smoothly. She is a credit to nurses and healthcare providers everywhere. She always eased any anxieties and answered every question my wife or I may have had at that time. Keep up the great work Lauren and congratulations to the residential healthcare group for hiring such a wonderful person.

My experience with the PT, Marisa, was very good. She was compassionate, engaging, has very good people skills. She texted me twice before arriving at my home to keep me updated as to her ETA. I am sad that she will be replaced by another therapist for my upcoming sessions. I cannot give the same positive review for the nurse, Patti. She was more like a robot nurse than a human. Patti spent most of her time with me writing in the patient book and typing into her tablet device. No eye contact before/during/after asking questions, always just looking at the screen. And she did everything so slowly. She tried to suppress a cough, but I could hear the phlegm. She did not wear a mask. Our session was interrupted at least three times by her visits to the washroom. No compassion for the pain I was in; never even asked my pain levels. She said she would contact my surgeon’s office with a question I had about my pain medication, and then call me back, or have a staffer call me. I never got a call back from anyone.

I had an outstanding visit yesterday with Nurse Mabel from Residential Home Healthcare. She came right on time to check up on me after my outpatient total knee replacement surgery. Mabel is very knowledgeable and answers all of your questions and concerns in great detail. She has a great “bedside manner” and you can see she truly enjoys her job. Thank you RHH&H for sending Mabel to my home to help me with my recovery.
