This is not a skilled nursing rehabilitation facility it's a place to die I was admitted to the rehab though the front door and straight to the very last room in the very old and run down 👎👎👎 I just had spinal surgery 2 days before I was sent there the bed that they put me in was not long enough for me and had no mattress for the type of injury I was to recover from they didn't even give me the room # was in the place was filthy and when I was transferred from the paramedic ambulance gurney to the bed they jerked me from the one to the bed causing intense pain and My sutures started to bleed immediately when I asked for a urine bottles they gave me a plastic cup not even medically urine bottles when I asked for water the nurse assistant went to the restroom and filled a old Big gulp cup of tap water and gave it to me ask for a wash cloth and receive a torn old bed sheet wetted from the bathroom sink and the facility was givin my pain medicine but they only gave me a Tylenol and I never did see a administrator for check in when I ask them to please call 911 for me they didn't even try to help me and my pain level was spiking at 9.5 with white flashes finally the other patient in the room found my phone in my belongings so I could call 911 and return to the hospital that I just left most horrible tramating thing to ever happen to me I thank Jesus for first responders who transported me back to the hospital
I would have this place shut down and the owner sued for human abuse and neglect and now that I have a chance to get the word out about this place I am
SHUT THEM DOWN 👎👎👎👎👎

They have horrible Bedside Manner, they mishandle my father who was transferred from the hospital after he had back surgery, with in a couple of hours after he arrived in there care he started to bleed from where he had surgery, and when my father asked to go back to the hospital they said no, told him to call hospital himself if he wants to leave. I would Highly recommend never going there.

It is a very good rehab center. It has a big gym for people to do physical therapy. Medical staff have treated my sister with great care. Laundry services were excellent. Clothes were cleaned and delivered to patients's room on hangers. My sister's room was cleaned daily. Activities such as movies, Bingo, music.... are great.

Do NOT bring your loved ones here! I wouldn't even give them one star. I want to share that this is an upper management issue. They put to much on the staff. They are expected to care for over 29 beds to one LVN. Meds are not given on time. Nursing team cant commit the attention needed to the patients. They aren't able to run labs. Patients are trying to fight each other in the hallway. PT/OT staff aren't able to wait until pain meds are in full effect for the patients to effectively be able to work with them. I watch a patient cry through therapy because they wouldn't listen when he said it was too painful. I URGE YOU TO FIND ANOTHER PLACEMENT.
