We’re so grateful to the staff at Everett Rehab. After my father’s orthopedic surgery, the nurses and rehab team were kind, patient and really knew what they were doing. They made us feel heard and never brushed off our questions. Therapy was tough, but they encouraged my dad every step of the way and celebrated the small wins with us. The facility was clean and quiet, which helped a lot. It wasn’t an easy recovery, but having such caring people around made all the difference. Thank you to everyone who helped us through it! 🙂

Had a great experience. The staff and nurses were very attentive and answered all the questions I had. It’s a great feeling to know your loved one is in good hands.

My beautiful Sister was a patient there for a short time. I was so disgusted with this place that I had her transferred to another facility immediately. The place smells, it is filthy and her room was over crowded. I honestly wouldn't let my dog stay there. The food wasn't edible for a dog let along a human. This place should be condemned.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone sending their loved ones to this facility! It should be shut down until they are up to code. So dark, dirty and has strong smell of urine! The patients should be first priority, however they are NOT!!! Sadly, the staff does NOT monitor and take care of their patients properly.

Everett Rehabilitation is one of the worst places I have ever been to. I strongly suggest never sending a loved one there. My father was supposed to go there for a few weeks for physical therapy. As soon as you walk in, there is a strong smell of urine. My father was on the second floor. The staff are uncaring and didn't even talk to the patients when they were taking care of them. One of the nursing assistants was even moving my father's broken arm around to try and take his blood pressure. I had to tell him that my father's arm was broken and to stop. He didn't know. They don't pay attention to the patients and they wander the halls all day going in and out of other patients rooms. I found one going through my father's drawers. We sent clothes with him, but he always had on someone else's things. My father went downhill fast and even stopped eating. They let him sit all day in soiled diapers. He got a bed sore. When the nurse called me about it, she tried to downplay it and told me that they were going to give him oral antibiotics to try and heal it. After everything I saw there, I told them to send him back to the hospital immediately. The hospital staff told me that the sore was so big and deep, that you could see his bone. They had to repeatedly surgically remove the dead tissue and try and get the infection under control. The Dr's at the hospital said that it should never have gotten that bad. My father was at Everett Rehab for less than a week. He ended up dying about two weeks later. DO NOT SEND ANYONE THERE THAT YOU CARE ABOUT!
