Our family chose this facility because we were concerned about my mom returning home alone after her hospitalization. We were also familiar with the therapy team, especially Cindy and Karen, and felt confident she would receive excellent care here. Everyone treated my mom with kindness, compassion, and professionalism throughout her stay. The therapy team worked hard with her, and we’re so grateful for the progress she made. My mom is now doing well at home under the care of my sister, and we’re thankful for the role this facility played in her recovery. Because of the wonderful experience we had, I have recommended this facility to other family members in need, and I would gladly recommend it to anyone in the community looking for quality rehabilitation and compassionate care.

The three saving graces for this place are Charleen, Kay and Mary. They are top tier. Otherwise your loved one will suffer from neglect. If you have to have them there make sure you go everyday. Its really quite sad.

My brother was here and at first he had a hard time adjusting but the concierge Kay made sure that he was beyond good. She was amazing! My family and friend recommend this place! Kay will make sure all your needs are met. Shes so personable!!!

“My family had a very positive experience at this rehabilitation center. The staff overall was professional and supportive, and the facility was clean and well-organized. I especially want to recognize Kay their walking concierge —she truly made a difference during my sister’s time there. Kay was always welcoming, attentive, and went out of her way to make sure my questions were answered and my sisters needs were met. Having someone so kind and reliable as a concierge made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you to Kay and the team for the care and dedication you provide.”
