The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. 😁😁 The care staff are doing the best they can to support residents and families, and Natasha and Angie especially deserve recognition for how caring and attentive they’ve been. ❤️ Also! The older housekeeper is literally so sweet... I havent caught her name yet because I everytime I see her shes busy. My family members room is always so clean. 👏

The dining experience has also been really good for a senior living center!! I was pleasantly surprised... The cooks put effort into the meals, and one of the Hispanic cooks in particular is incredibly personable with the residents and seems to know everyones preferences. The only suggestion I would make is adding more “special” meals to really elevate things. And maybe make sure theyre wearing name tags so I can properly thank the young Hispanic girl! 🤣

Debbie and Glenda are absolutely wonderful as well!!! They are always welcoming when we arrive and consistently create a good experience ❤️

Unfortunately, the activities department is what lowered my overall rating.... The activities director, Tianna, often dresses in clothing that feels unprofessional for a senior living environment. I’ve also personally overheard her speaking condescendingly to staff members on multiple occasions. Activities are frequently changed at the last minute, which makes it difficult for us and others, to plan visits around events because there’s no guarantee the schedule will stay the same. The staff working under her often seem unsure of what’s going on, which appears to come from a lack of organization and communication. The activites themselves are really good, when they happen. The QUALITY of the activity isnt the issue. Its the quality of the leader to put it bluntly. 🤷🏾‍♀️

What also left a bad impression was being directly asked to leave a positive Google review to help boost Tiannas ratings... Thats what prompted me to leave my first review... A friendly personality is appreciated but professionalism and manners matter too...

I would like to express our appreciation for your staff's dedication, patience, and compassionate care towards our mom, and the other patients. The personalized attention given to meet their needs is commendable. Our mom has shared that she is happy 😊 and content, which provides our family with peace of mind knowing she is in good hands.

Tianne Combs excels as an activities director. Her enthusiasm and active involvement in organizing engaging activities for the residents are appreciated. Her lively and enthusiastic spirit positively influences the staff and residents alike. We encourage you to continue the excellent work in supporting our loved ones.

As a 73 year old real Estate broker who has helped thousands of families over the past 4 decades and now specializes in helping seniors, I am in and out of a lot of central Florida senior care communities and have earned the right for an opinion of who is great at serving seniors, and which ones need to keep working at it. I just want to say my experiences at Providence have been outstanding. The Executive Director, Zurena Bennett and the Activities Director, Tianna Combs are both incredible ladies that truly care about the care and wellbeing of their resident family. Thank you ladies for making our world a better place!

I simply can't get over how amazing the your staff here are. From the first time I stepped foot on the property, we were impressed, it didn’t smell like a retirement home, it actually smelled good there! The front desk could not have been kinder and accommodating, and meeting the director on duty (on a weekend I might add) for the first time really put us at ease. I appreciate mtce being so willing to help me get settled for the move in, even letting me borrow tools to assemble furniture! Their activities director is a special person, I can't get her positive attitude and smile out of my head, your loved one will be lucky to have her. Their Sales Director was also amazing, she walked us through the process, went out of her way to give us a video tour the same day we spoke for the first time (that meant a LOT to us) and then worked us through all the initial paperwork.

We couldn’t be happier with the care my father in law is receiving, this is a great facility made so by the incredible staff.
