Clinician Keith Brown visited my home to outfit me with my first CPAP. Keith was direct, thorough and easy to understand: he stopped after each stage of the process to ensure I understood what he was teaching me, paying attention to my comfort level throughout. At the same time, he was convivial, direct, thorough, and probably most difficult of all being the first time in my home, he was completely non-intrusive. Wasted no time. I recommend him. Nice work!
