I am looking for long term care for my Grandfather who is a veteran. I am very impressed by the cleanliness of the building (especially compared to several others that we have toured in the area). The building didn't have that "nursing home" smell. I was very impressed with the Admissions Director - Shanna, she was very kind and informative when giving our family a tour of the facility. This place definitely stands out amongst the competition!

My husband's room was like a cheat, dirty truck stop roadside hotel room. Very disappointed.

My visit and care was very enjoyable. The Physical therapy Dept. had so many loving and caring people. The building was very clean and decorated for Fall. The Nursing Staff were very professional I have been in facilities were the food was almost inedible, however the food was very good and homemade tasting. I truly enjoyed my 20 day stay. I would highly recommend RegencyHouse to the care of anyone. Thank you Regency House for all my care!

While some of the nurses and CNAs were very kind to my grandparents, I have a real problem with how financial and administrative issues are handled. Eddie railroaded my grandmother into making an advance payment for my grandfather, who was in Hospice care and would possibly pass soon. She was told she could do a payment plan, but Eddie stated they could not and when a request was made to call corporate, he refused, stating that "that is not how we do things, we use email." My grandmother was told by Eddie that she could get a refund, but it was not explained to her that it had to go to corporate for approval and could take 30 or more days to get the money back to her. Lo and behold, my grandfather passed and upon trying to get the refund, she was given the run-around and Eddie denied having a conversation with her about the payment. I am disgusted- these people prey on the most vulnerable and will mislead them in order to get their money- but when it comes time to refund the money, "corporate" is the problem and they deny responsibility, and cannot answer why they were not upfront with the patient about how the refund process works. Whatever gets the check written, right??

This place is amazing! My mom will be staying here for 20 days, to do her physical therapy before she goes home. Everyone has been very welcoming and caring towards my mom and the family that's visiting. They even made all of us a dinner plate for free. My mom has felt at home, with no complaints 😊❤️
