“My Friend’s Mom Was in Great Hands” > One of my close friends had his mom staying at Park Plaza for a while, and I visited a few times with him. I just want to say — I was really impressed. You always hear horror stories about nursing homes, but this place felt different. The staff were attentive, the halls were clean, and his mom always seemed well taken care of and in good spirits. What stood out most to me was how the staff treated her like a person, not a patient. They joked with her, remembered little details about her, and made her feel at home. Park Plaza is truly a wonderful place! The residents are always having so much fun — whether it’s games, activities, or special events, there’s always something going on to keep everyone smiling. The meals are absolutely amazing too! You can tell the staff put so much care into everything they do. It’s comforting to know our loved ones are not only well taken care of but also genuinely enjoying themselves. Highly recommend!
