This place was not perfect for sure but it was perfect for my needs! I came it unable to walk or hardly move after neck and back surgery. I was in diapers and could hardly feed myself. I could barely roll over. I was pretty much an invalid. Within three week I was walking, dressing myself in street clothes, sitting up in a chair most of the day and ready to transition to assisted living. The physical therapists obviously knew just what I needed and could tolerate. They were extremely flexible whenever I had doctors appointments or other things going on or just could not tolerate the therapy because of medication or pain. They were patient yet firm and encouraging. The majority of the caregivers and CNAs were compassionate and responsive and very respectful, especially Mimi, Bonnie and several others. They changed the atmosphere every time they came in on their shifts. They brought comfort and joy and encouragement every time they attended to me. So did several others, but I cannot recall their names. There were a few that were not happy to be there and you could tell. But the others gave me great care. The facility is easy to get in and out for guests and always good parking. Easy automated checking and out system for guests. Great transport coordinator and driver for my doctor appointment, so kind and patient and comforting and compassionate. Good Socisl Services Specialist to coordinate transfer to assisted living. Fantastic Physical Rehab Director, he was so concerned and helpful. Thanks to all for getting me ready for assisted living. I am thriving in my new home! God bless you all.

DO NOT PUT A LOVED ONE HERE! Not sure where to even begin with how bad this facility is. First of all, multiple calls to nurses and staff were never returned. I put in 2 formal requests for a haircut, which was never done during the six weeks my parent was there. Upon the day of discharge, I discovered that 75% of my parents belongings, including pants, shirts, shoes, and dentures were missing. I was asked to go to a laundry room to sort through a huge pile of clothing piled up on shelves all the way from the floor to the ceiling. These were all thrown together. They were not folded or labeled. I was asked to go through this pile of clothes to see if I recognized anything belonging to my parent. I have never seen such a horrible mess. I also realized the day of discharge the clothes that my parent was wearing did not belong to him. As those things were bad enough, we were made aware a month into his stay that a catheter was placed upon arrival and per doctors orders, should never have been there. This has caused permanent damage as now my parent can no longer urinate on his own and will be forced to have a catheter for the rest of his life. I would NOT recommend placing anyone here for any amount of time

Very clean facility and friendly staff but over heard management be very rude to a staff member. If their attitudes are horrible I wonder how are they treating other peoples loved ones that are there seeking top quality care/treatment! Bathrooms were very clean and suite was very clean! The cna’s,nurses, housekeepers are all very good workers! They care !

I have only the Highest recommendation for Regency. I was there for three weeks in Sept of 2024 and Everything was excellent! The facility is so clean with industrial grade air purifiers throughout. I received top notch physical therapy with professional quality, compassion, and friendliness. Everyone from the sweet lady who cleaned my room to the people who delivered my food and snacks greeted me with a smile and encouraging word. I felt like I was waited on hand and foot with dignity and care. How you treat those who care for you comes back seven fold and it was never more true than at Regency. I’ve dealt with many local nursing homes/rehab facilities during the time I was my mother’s caregiver so I have a realistic view of what to expect locally. Regency and Encompass are far and above in the top 2 choices!
