I was here for two weeks and I don't recommend this place for anyone under the age of 60! Some of the aides are mean and disrespectful! They can't keep your meds in stock and i laid there for a full day without pain meeds after an operation to repair a knee. They made excuses as to why they didn't have the meds so I suffered. Some of the staff is ok but if you plan on going there stay away from 2nd shift aides especially on the weekend. Too many rules. Feels like I'm back in jail.

My stay at this facility was super. The staff felt like family to me. They would come in my room off the clock just to check on me. The aides were amazing everybody stops and drops when somebody needs help. The administration was superb. I cannot say enough how amazing my stay was here

I would like to say that my stay at Tranquility of Copley where I had to go for rehab for my broken hip was absolutely a wonderful place. I was treated with great respect from all of their staff 😉. They really helped me get back on my feet. I can't thank them enough. If I had to go again that would be the place I would go 🤗. Thank you so much Tranquility of Copley. Mrs. Dawn (Renee) Miller. Tell everyone hello for me ☺️

My experience and impression has been exceptional and very please with the personal attention that the staff presents to the patients. This is top notch on cleanliness to say the least. You wouldn't know you're in a nusing facility by its cleanliness and lack of urine smell. Which is GOOD. Thanks to Managment and Staff.

Caring, friendly, attentive and educated staff see that residence needs are met daily. This location is doing it right. I feel confident that my wards will be treated with respect, dignity, and their Healthcare needs will be met. Thank you to all the staff here from the aides to the social workers to the warm smiles at the front desk! I appreciate all of you!
