I chose Holy Redeemer for my father to receive therapy at home and I truly regret that I did. Roxanne (Nurses supervisor) and Jean (Therapist supervisor) leave a lot to be desired. Very unprofessional supervisors and they truly lack compassion. They just go through the motion and all they care about is getting paid by the insurance company. I honestly thought that the two therapists that spent several months treating my dad truly cared for him but I realized that it was just business for them as well, because when I called to inform them of my father's passing, they didn't even call to offer any condolences and nor did the people who represent Holy Redeemer. I honestly would never recommend this place. If you do choose this place, prepare to be treated like just another number. The only person that truly showed compassion through out was a nurse named Franz.

Only 1 nurse was awesome her name is Vee she really cares about her patients. The physical therapist had me discharged her name is tamara she is a liar saying i refused physical therapy it was not true. No one notified me of the discharge. Unorganized business i really need the physical therapy i just recently had my leg amputated. I waited every tuesday and thursday for someone to show up.
