Ravenswood Village

Ravenswood Village is a skilled nursing facility in Ravenswood, West Virginia, offering post-hospital short-term rehabilitation as well as long-term and respite care. The community accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances, with staff dedicated to serving the medical and rehabilitation needs of individuals recovering from illness or injury.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the facility created an Admission Observation Unit where new admissions reside for 14 days to monitor for changes in condition and allow for regular testing.
