Raven Landing Senior Community and Raven Landing Center

Raven Landing Senior Community is an independent living community for seniors age 55 and older located in downtown Fairbanks, Alaska, near Noel Wien Library. The six-acre campus includes 95 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments across four buildings, all connected by heated corridors to the Raven Landing Center.

The community is built on core values of diversity, security, healthy living, independence, and mutual support. Residents enjoy substantial farm-to-table meals that include vegan and vegetarian options, as well as beer, wine, and cocktails, with menus that change weekly. The community also serves as a vibrant hub for local events and senior activities, welcoming both residents and Fairbanks neighbors.
