Atria Rancho Mirage has been my home for nearly half a year and I couldn’t be happier. It has provided me with life-changing and life-enhancing benefits such as care, community, improved mental and physical health, and so much more! Nathan and Gavin, as well as the other staff, are simply exceptional. They truly care, know each resident personally including their history, any special needs and circumstances, and are very knowledgeable and patient. The residents are just as wonderful. Everyone seems to get along, we all gather for meals, events, games, movies, and outings, as well as intimate one-on-one talks. Meaningful relationships are developed here all the time. I rarely write reviews, but Atria Rancho Mirage has earned my highest recommendation

I lived here about three And a half years. In the beginning, it was happy place. The staff and directors were friendly and helpful. About a year and a half ago nearly all the directors left for one reason or another. I found the new directors were really good at dodging questions. Every director, with the exception of maintenance, didn’t follow through anything Period when I would ask about something we had talked about, there was no recollection of the previous conversation. There were barely any activities to participate with. Suddenly the happy caring place I lived in changed.. Even the incoming telephone greeting changed, offering sales before anything else. I was in the process of looking for another community when I became ill. I was in and out of the facility and each time I returned I was barely greeted. Became very difficult to live there. I do not recommend this community at all. My opinion is that the executive director, the director of nursing and the director of activities are the most insincere people I have met. Some of the Care staff was great, others not so much. Now that I have moved to another community I am so much happier.

I have to sayI didn’t want to come her, but it has become a second home to me! The staff is so supportive and friendly! The meds nurses are very efficient and always prepared to help if needed! The kitchen help always ready to accommodate the best to their ability! And I have always found the food very good! And of course there is always Gavin, always ready to help and with a constant smile! Atria is so lucky to have him! All in all an excellent place to live! .Rusty Knievel
